Over the past ten years in the outdoor industry, Dustin has operated on values of accountability, transparency, and accessibility. His pricing, cancellation policy and communication standards reflect these values.

Pricing

To provide the highest quality of experience, Dustin has found that there has to be a fair day rate paid. Industry standards are non existent with guiding and operating as a private guide exposes the individual to increased risk and expenses. Thus his prices are not comparable to that of bigger companies.

The prices are as follows.

Day Rate - $650

Big Day Rate - Add $100

Hard Climbing Rate (Grades greater than 5.10d)- Add $50

The above are mentioned as estimates, the exact pricing will be discussed upon booking.

Booking Steps

1. Contact Dustin with dates and objective

2. Dates and Price will be confirmed with both parties

3. Upon full payment, the date will be reserved.

4. A week before the date, Dustin will reach out to finalize plans.

5. A final logistics email will be sent out the day before.

6. A waiver will be signed in person the day of.

Cancellation Policy

Booking a guide is a reservation of time. We all value it so Dustin sets the precedent high. You don't have time to waste, neither does he. Therefore all days will require payment upon booking to confirm the booking. With the exceptions of Acts of God, Dustin will honor every booking. All bookings are final and refunds will not be issued upon cancellation from the customer. Travel insurance is recommended in the event that the customer cannot make the day anymore.

Refunds will be issued if Dustin cannot make it to the day and a makeup day, or a referral will be made in that case.
